Shipping partners
We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Our main shipping partner is Royal Mail for all deliveries within the United Kingdom.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page using the tracking number provided.
Customs and import taxes
For orders outside of the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Address changes
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at support@lyleandoak.com We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
Undeliverable packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
